Welcome to MySEO App (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the MySEO App mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using MySEO App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

MySEO App integrates YouTube API Services to access and display YouTube content such as livestreams, videos, comments, and playlists.
We use this data only to enhance user experience within the App.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App or access YouTube content in violation of YouTube’s or Google’s policies.

3. Data Usage and Storage

MySEO App may temporarily store YouTube video IDs, livestream IDs, and chat messages only for the purpose of displaying content within the App.
We do not permanently store, share, or sell any YouTube data to third parties.
All API data is managed in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials within the App, except YouTube content, are owned or licensed by MySEO App.YouTube trademarks and content remain the property of Google LLC and its affiliates.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or YouTube API data.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
